Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed keeping in mind the interests of our customers and our service. There are times when we are dealing with hundreds of orders. To ensure that our quality is maintained, we refuse to accept further orders. In this scenario the payment is refunded. We try to perform our work professionally and there are seldom cases when the customers are not satisfied with our work. In this case we offer a free revision facility that can be requested by our customers to implement major or minor changes in their papers. Cases in which a refund is requested after the order has been processed, no refund will be made what so ever.
